Yoga Therapy is a therapeutic movement practice that involves more than Yoga. This movement practice involves all types of mind and body connection movements that heal and restore the aches and pains of the human body and Mental Health. Some of those practice include , Qi-gong (moving breath meditation) , Somatic experiencing (Combining emotion and movement) , Mobility, Yoga, Acupressure, Breathwork, strength and conditioning and plant medicine added all into one practice. Each therapeutic session is customized to your needs. Together we will reset the nervous system and come up with a practice that soothes your discomforts and allows you to do it on your own in your own time. Yoga Therapy is more than the use of asana (pose) & breathwork, Yoga Therapy has a wide range of wellness that is done “on” and especially “off” the mat.  Honestly defining Yoga therapy with the word yoga doesn’t do this practice justice, to inner stand it more let’s define it with “Wholistic Therapy”.
